I have used Fluid for over 10 years and the service has been excellent every time.
This time I was having trouble with my hot water. I rang fluid about 2.00pm on Friday to see if someone could come and look at it the following Monday, to my surprise the woman said she could get someone there this afternoon. About an hour later a bloke arrived, found the problem, said he could fix it but said I would be better off replacing the system as it was over 10 years old and probably won’t last much longer. He made a call and said they could install a new one the next morning, Saturday, between 8 and 10.00am. Next morning another bloke arrived at 7.30 am, disconnected the old one, 8.20 am the new one arrived, was installed, very neat pipping, all ready to go just had to wait for the water to heat up, old one taken away, no mess, excellent job by 9.15 am. Can’t ask for any more than that.
