How flexible is the Flow Club membership?
There is no long-term contract. Your membership runs month to month, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice.
How will I know when my inspection is due?
You don’t have to remember. We’ll contact you by phone, email, or text to schedule your maintenance at a time that suits you.
Can I transfer my membership if I move?
Yes. If you move within our service area, your membership can move with you.
Just let us know within 30 days by emailing office@callfluid.com.au and we’ll update your details.
Are repairs included in the membership?
Your Flow Club membership covers your annual inspections, maintenance services, priority booking, and member discounts.
If additional repairs are needed, we’ll provide a clear quote before any work begins — no surprises.
Terms & Conditions
Monthly amounts must be paid by credit card. The Flow Club plan will automatically renew each month from the effective date and the credit card on file will be charged at that time. Such automatic renewal will continue until cancelled by the customer.
Service under the Flow Club agreement shall continue until terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days prior written notice.
The Company may discontinue service at any time in the event of non-payment by the customer.
Customer is responsible for any additional service work provided outside the scope of the Flow Club plan.
The condition of the plumbing, electrical and air conditioning systems will be reported at the time of maintenance services, but does not imply warranties to their performance in the future.
Customer may receive notice of schedule for Flow Club maintenance services by means of phone, email or text.
Transferable to a customers new home.
Notice of move is to be received within 30 days of moving via email to office@callfluid.com.au
Flow Club discounts are not valid with any other offers or discounts.
