Flow Club Membership Terms & Conditions

Monthly amounts must be paid by credit/debit card or automatic bank transfer. If customer elects to pay annual amount in full by using a credit/debit card or automatic bank withdrawal, the flow club plan will automatically renew one year from the effective date and the payment method used will be charged at that time. Such automatic renewal will continue until cancelled by the customer.

Service under the Flow club agreement shall continue until terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days prior written notice.

The Company may discontinue service at any time in the event of non-payment by the customer.

Customer is responsible for any additional service work provided outside the scope of the Flow club plan.

The condition of the plumbing and electrical systems will be reported at the time of maintenance services, but does not imply warranties to their performance in the future.

Customer may receive notice of schedule for flow club maintenance services by means of phone, email or text.

Transferrable to a customers new home.

Notice of move is to be received within 30 days of moving via email to office@callfluid.com.au

Flow club discounts not valid with any other offers or discounts.
